AI Tools Assessment / Central Florida

You keep hearing AI could save you hours. Nobody tells you which hours.

We look at how your business actually runs, then hand you a short written list of what AI can realistically do for it. Plain language. Nothing to install first. No obligation.

Takes about two minutes to request. You talk to a person, not a call center.

The honest starting point

If any of this sounds like your week

"I know this is a big deal. I have no idea what it means for a business like mine."

"I do not have twenty spare hours to test tools and find the two that matter."

"Everything I read about it assumes I already know what any of it means."

"My competitors are probably figuring this out faster than I am."

None of that means you missed something. It means nobody has sat down, looked at your business, and told you the specific answer. That is the entire job here.

How it works

What an assessment actually is

Three steps. You do almost none of the work.

A conversation

About 30 to 45 minutes, by phone or in person. How work comes in, who touches it, where it gets stuck, what you end up doing at nine at night.

You do not have to prepare anything or know any terminology.

A written report

Where the time and the money leak out of your week, and the specific tools that address it. For each recommendation: what it costs, how long setup takes, and what it gives you back.

Written for you, not for a technical reader.

Your call

Take the report and run with it yourself, or have us set it up for you. Both are genuinely fine. The report is yours either way.

For example

The kind of thing that turns up

Missed calls

The call you missed answers itself

A missed call sends a text back within seconds, asks what they need, and starts the booking or the quote while they are still thinking about you.

Paperwork

Quotes and follow-ups stop living in your head

The first draft gets written for you from what you already said. You read it, fix what is wrong, and send it.

Your website

Your site updates from a text message

Hours, prices, today's location. You text the change, the page updates. No web person, no waiting a week.

Marketing

Marketing that runs on your busy weeks too

The part that keeps going when you are on a job site all day, with a person still reviewing anything that goes out.

Which of these matter, and whether any of them do, depends entirely on your business. Finding that out is what the assessment is for.

Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

Do I need to buy anything first?

No. Come as you are, with whatever you use today, even if that is a paper calendar and a phone.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If a recommendation requires you to be technical, it is the wrong recommendation for you and it will not be in the report.

What if this is not worth it for my business right now?

Then the report says so, in writing. It is a professional opinion, not a sales pitch. Knowing where you stand is worth the conversation on its own.

Who am I actually talking to?

Russ Loidolt, based here in Central Florida. You deal with him directly, from the first call through whatever comes after.

Five quick questions and you are done

Nothing gets scheduled automatically. Someone reads this and gets back to you to set up a time that works.

How should we reach you first?
Optional. One sentence is plenty, and "not sure" is a perfectly good answer.

No cost and no obligation to ask. Your details are used to contact you about this request and nothing else.
